Pendants and chains can be purchased together or separately. It can be correctly
identified based on the product details on the website.
4. How do I know that the Diamonds are original?
Diamond certificate will be included with your diamond jewelry. The unique number
in the certificate can be used to trace the product specification from the certifier website.
5. If I lose my jewelry certificate, or the original invoice can I get a
duplicate one?

As per the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), there are certain types of gold jewellery
that are exempted from hallmarking. These include:
a) Gold article with weight less than two grams,
b) Any article of gold thread,
c) Special categories of jewellery - Kundan, Polki, and Jadaau,
d) Gold watch and fountain pen,
e) Gold bullion in any shape of bar, plate, sheet, foil, rod, wire, strip, tube or coin

There may be slight differences for the buy back of products from offline and online. For
