What you need to know about Easy Gold payments

Can you tell me about the available payment options? 
a.You can make your payment in cash, through debit card, through credit 
card or through net banking. You can also pay in installments on our 
website or Joyalukkas App using your cards or net-banking. With the 
exception of international debit/credit cards, all other cards are accepted 
     across all modes of payment. 

2.Is it possible to view my payment status online? 
a.You can see your installment payment status by signing in to the Joyalukkas 
website, then going to the "Easy Gold" tab under the "My Account" 
section. 

3.To make an online payment, do I need to link my Easy Gold account? 
a.Yes. You need to link your easy gold schemes by providing the associated mobile 
number in the ‘Easy Gold’ tab under the ‘My Account’ section. 

4.Are there any payment alerts for the payment? 
a.Yes. You’ll receive reminders and confirmation messages for all payments. This 
will happen only if you are not a DND/NDNC registered customer.

5.Do I know if my payment has been credited to my Easy Gold Scheme account? 
a.You'll get a confirmation email & SMS confirming the receipt of your payment. 
Alternatively, you can sign in to the Joyalukkas website and go to the ‘Easy Gold’ 
      tab under the ‘My Account’ section to see your installment payment details. 

6.What happens if my payment fails? 
a.If your payment fails for any reason, you'll need to try to pay again after some 
time. Joyalukkas will not be responsible for any payment failure due to any 
reason. 

7.Are all installments payable at once? 
a.No, you can't. You can only pay up to three installments in a month. 

8.What happens if I don't pay my installments on time? 
a.The plan will be discontinued in the event of any default in the monthly advance 
payments. In the event of the member defaulting on any advance payment 
during the tenure or delay in payment more than 60 days, the plan will be 
discontinued from that month or Scheme can be continued but the member will 
not be entitled for special discount.
