1.What can I purchase using the Easy Gold Scheme? 
a.You can purchase any gold jewellery from Joyalukkas using the Easy Gold 
Scheme. You can also use the Easy Gold Scheme to purchase other precious 
      metal jewellery, such as silver and platinum. 

2.Which store should I buy from? 
a.You can buy from any of the Joyalukkas showrooms across the cities in 
India. Please see the store locator for more details. 

3.Can I redeem my Easy Gold scheme account to buy products online? 
a.Yes. if you wish to redeem online, please contact the customer care team at +91

4.What do I need to bring with me on the day of redemption? 
a.You are mandatorily required to carry your original Easy Gold Scheme book for 
redeeming your account

5.Is it possible for my friend / relative to redeem for me? 
a.Only if you’ve nominated him/her at the time of enrolment, can he/she redeem 
the account on your behalf by completing the necessary mandatory processes. 

6.what's the maximum due date to redeem the scheme? 
a.You are advised to redeem within 345 days from the account opening date. 
Beyond this period, Joyalukkas will process the refund. 

7.Is it possible to change the showroom location of your redemption? 
a.Yes, post enrollment, you can change your showroom for redemption. You need 
to visit your desired showroom and place a request for the same. 

8.Can I buy before I reach the account maturity date?
a.Yes, you can redeem the account before maturity. Easy Gold Scheme bonus 
however would be applicable provided you have paid 10 monthly installments on 
the due date and the redemption date after the 275th day from the date of 
      joining the scheme.
